Siphon Service (Storyboard)

Simple job submission to networked service (Siphon) to extract key frame thumbnails. metadata and create bookmarks or sub clips. Adjustable storyboard rules on a per job basis. including frequency and accuracy of bookmark based on scene change metrics.  Also configurable to create storyboard as media is ingested and provide instant access to thumbnails live while media is still growing..
